Immediately after signing with Steel Dynamics, our team worked tirelessly to plan the cafeteria's built-in, state inspected commercial kitchen. From considering flow of customers, to efficiency behind the scenes, our kitchen design pulled together perfectly, so we can best serve SDI's 2,000 employees!
It is no small feat serving breakfast and lunch to 2,000 steel workers, 6 days a week! Our cafe staff produces over 60 different menu items each day, for both in-person service, and online ordering with delivery options across campus!
